ABSTRACT : -This paper illustrates the significance of the geometrical representation of algebraic cubic equation, Arab culture and Modern technology Cabri Geometry. In this regards I posed history of ARAB MATHEMATICS such as OMAR-AL-KHAYYAM method and justified the modern technology .

a. Introduction : -Mathematics is a subject that students don't feel interest to do. The teacher who know a little of the history of Mathematics is apt to teach techniques in isolation, unrelated to the problems and ideas which generated them. History exposses interrelations among different mathematical domains, or, of mathematics with other discipline as for example culture.
Historically we can find that Arab mathematician OMAR-AL-KHAYYAM, Giyat-ed-din Abul Fath, was born at Nishabur (IRAN) 1044 A.D. and died 1123 A.D. . He could solve algebraic cubic equation by using geometrical representation considering only the positive number.

b. The Purpose of the Study and the Way of the Study : -
The purpose of the study : - I would like to change clearly students idea throuhg experiencing by history of mathematics.

The way of study : - To achieve the above mentioned aim I established the following : -
1. Geometrical representation.
2. Arab culture.
3. Modern technology.

c. An Outline of the class : -
c1. Explanation of the materials : - The Algebra of Omar Khayyam, Euclid Elements, Euclid Archimedes Apollonius of perga, Rubaiyat of Omar Khayyam,
Arab Genius in science and Philosophy.
c2. Surroundings of the class : -
1. The object of the study : -
The undergraduate students of University of Tsukuba, Japan.
2. Preparation : -
Computer (Windows), Cabri Geometry 2, Microsoft Power Point, Video projector, before lecturequestionnaire, after lecture qeustionnaire, Text book, Work sheet, Home work sheet.

Conclusion : - Both historical and new technologies are useful tools for knowing the imbedded socio-historical-cultural perspective in mathematics. Teaching history with both traditional and new tevhnologies is effective for the change of belief in mathematics. We should expect near future mathematics teacher both historical and modern technology ability.
